Trumpf corporate campus, Ditzingen

In the mid-1990s Barkow Leibinger Architekten drew up a master plan for the restructuring and expansion of the site on which the sheet metal fabrication company Trump stands, which it implemented in the following years. Until 2010 several architecturally high-end buildings, social and recreational areas with highly welcoming interiors, as well as a non-hierarchical mix of research, administration and production areas were built. The project stands for a flexible master plan for a company site that is able to respond to new requirements, as well as for an industrial company which, in the competition for excellent employees, places great store by the high quality and attractive design of work spaces and communication areas. Regine Leibinger presented the project at the IBA_LAB N°1 in Heidelberg.
